Does my reservation include a parking space?

One parking space is provided for each accommodation. Any additional vehicles must be parked in the “after 11 p.m.” parking lot located to the right of the reception desk.

 

For campsites, each vehicle is charged (see campsite rates). You can park for free in the “after 11 p.m.” parking lot located to the right of the reception desk.

Are pets allowed on the campground?

A maximum of two animals per pitch are allowed. They must be kept on a leash within the grounds of the establishment. Dogs classified as category 1 or 2 are not accepted.

What time can I arrive?

Check-in for accommodation is possible from 4:00 p.m. until reception closes at 6:30 p.m. in low season and 8:30 p.m. in high season.

In case of late arrival, please contact us and we will advise you on what to do.

 

For camping pitches, arrivals are possible every day during reception opening hours. Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in low season, and from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. in high season.

Is the rental of linens (sheets and towels) included in my rental?

Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price.

You reserve the linen you need and the dry cleaner delivers it to us for your arrival and collects it on your departure.

Is the pool heated?

The campsite pool is well heated.

Can I charge my electric vehicle?

Charging stations driveco are available at the Galaxy Complex at the entrance to the campsite 

Is there a mini-market on the campsite ?

We do not have a mini-market on the campsite. However, there is a Spar supermarket, organic grocery store, butcher/delicatessen, and tobacco shop located 800 meters from the campsite.

What are the payment terms?

A 30% deposit will be required at the time of booking, which you can pay by:

- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)

- Bank transfer

Do I need to pay a deposit upon arrival?

Two separate deposits will be requested upon arrival: 
 

- 100 € if you have booked a CAMPECO

- 200 € if you have booked accommodation with bathroom facilities

- 300 € if you have booked accommodation with bathroom facilities and air conditioning

- 80 € cleaning deposit (you are responsible for cleaning the rental at the end of your stay).

- 20 € deposit for camping pitches

What are the cancellation conditions?

In the event of cancellation of your stay, total or partial withdrawal on your part MORE THAN 45 DAYS before your arrival, the deposit will be refunded (excluding non-refundable administrative fees). WITHIN 45 DAYS prior to the start of your stay, the 30% deposit and administrative fees will not be refunded. No refunds will be given for any stay that is delayed or interrupted.

What is the amperage of the electrical terminals at the campsites, and do I need to bring an adapter?

The electrical outlets are 6 amps. You will need to bring a European-standard adapter to plug in.
